Welcome to SandbagRentals.com, owned and operated by TVM.Bio. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions
• “Company” refers to TVM.Bio, doing business as SandbagRentals.com.
• “Customer” or “You” refers to any person or entity placing an order or using services from SandbagRentals.com.
• “Event Day” refers to the first day the customer intends to use the rented sandbags.

2. Annual Membership
• The (CLICK HERE FOR PRICE)/year membership grants:
• First-priority access to sandbag rentals when orders are placed at least 7 days before the event day.
• Waiver of Urgency Fees.
• Membership fees are nonrefundable.
• Membership does not cover late return charges, replacement fees, or delivery add-ons.

3. Rental Terms
• Rentals are charged at  (CLICK HERE FOR PRICE) per pallet (80 sandbags) for orders placed 7+ days before the event day.
• Orders placed less than 7 days in advance will incur the following Urgency Fee schedule:

       •       Customers without a membership may place a nonrefundable Reservation Hold at  (CLICK HERE FOR PRICE)/pallet, which guarantees availability and waives the Urgency Fee.
• If the balance is not paid in full 7 days before the event, the reservation is forfeited.

4. Delivery and Setup
• Standard delivery includes drop-off and pickup after the event.
• Optional Setup & Removal Service is available at  (CLICK HERE FOR PRICE) per pallet, and must be selected at booking.

5. Fees and Damages
• A  (CLICK HERE FOR PRICE)/day fee per sandbag applies for each day after the event day until pickup.
• A  (CLICK HERE FOR PRICE) fee per sandbag will be charged for any lost, damaged, or unreturned sandbags. Determination if the sandbags are damaged are decided by TVM.Bio. If the sandbags were exposed to floodwaters, they may be contaminated with sewage, chemicals, or other hazardous materials making them unusable. Contaminated sandbags will be determined by TVM.Bio.
• All fees must be paid in full before or at the time of pickup.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
• All sales are final.
• Reservation fees and memberships are nonrefundable.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded and may incur additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability
• TVM.Bio is not responsible for damage to persons, property, or premises caused by the use, misplacement, or failure of sandbags.
• Customer assumes all risks related to sandbag use, including flooding, improper setup, or unauthorized handling.

8. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TVM.Bio, doing business as SandbagRentals.com, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subcontractors, and representatives (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, demands, suits, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:
• The use, misuse, or placement of sandbags or related equipment,
• Personal injury, property damage, environmental damage, or any other loss resulting from the services or products provided,
• Any negligent act, error, or omission by the Customer or parties acting under the Customer’s direction,
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.

This indemnity shall apply regardless of fault, including any claim alleging negligence on the part of any of the Indemnified Parties, except where prohibited by law.

Customer further agrees that this indemnity shall survive the completion of services and the termination of any agreement with TVM.Bio.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
• All legal matters, claims, or disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
• Any dispute arising from or related to services provided by SandbagRentals.com will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida.
• The arbitrator shall be selected solely by TVM.Bio.
• Customer agrees to bear all costs and fees associated with the arbitration, including arbitrator fees, filing fees, and legal costs.

10. Attorney’s Fees and Costs

In the event TVM.Bio prevails in any dispute, whether through arbitration, court, or settlement, Customer agrees to reimburse TVM.Bio for all reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, arbitration expenses, and associated legal fees.

11. Modifications

TVM.Bio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

S.A.F.E.R.™ (Sandbag Alerting & Flood Emergency Ready) Flood Alerts by TVM.Bio® is an SMS notification service that provides subscribers with real‑time flood warnings, severe weather updates, preparedness reminders, sandbag station availability, and safety instructions for their local area. Messages are strictly informational and may increase during severe weather events.

By enrolling in S.A.F.E.R.™ Flood Alerts, you agree to receive automated text messages from TVM.Bio® to the mobile number you provide. You may opt in through: • Online signup forms • Community event QR codes • HOA/partner enrollment pages • Emergency‑readiness workshops All subscribers must complete a double opt‑in by replying YES to a confirmation message before alerts begin.

Message frequency varies based on weather conditions. During normal periods, messages are infrequent. During active flood or severe weather events, frequency may increase to provide timely safety information.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. TVM.Bio® is not responsible for charges billed by your carrier.

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further alerts will be sent unless you re‑enroll.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be impacted by network congestion, weather conditions, or carrier limitations.

You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Service is available only to users within the United States.

TVM.Bio® may modify or discontinue the S.A.F.E.R.™ Flood Alerts program at any time. Any material changes will be communicated through SMS or posted on our website.

You agree to provide accurate information and update your mobile number if it changes. You acknowledge that alerts are informational and do not replace official government emergency instructions.
